This pre-requisite program tries to mitigate or reduce or eliminate the biological, physical and chemical contamination risks from the exterior of the facility that could become a hygiene or food safety issue within the facility.
It is likely that potential contaminants may exist around the perimeter of the facility that may have an impact on the hygiene and safety of food products produced within the facility.
By implementing appropriate control measures detailed below, we may be able to mitigate or eliminate the risks.
This could also be effective pest control measures implemented to mitigate the risks of infestation caused by sources of insects from the exterior.
