FSMA GAP Assessment
In order to assess an organization’s compliance to FSMA requirements, it is necessary to perform an on-site GAP ASSESSMENT.
During the GAP ASSESSMENT, our qualified PCQI, will conduct a walk through of the facility to determine compliance to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). In addition, he/she will review existing HACCP Plans.
Upon completion of GAP ASSESSMENT, the consultant, will meet with the
Food Safety Team to discuss Basic Preventive Controls and the result of the
GAP ASSESSMENT. A written report will provided that will indicate what the organization will need to do to meet FSMA requirements.
Based on the findings, PJFSC can assist in the implementation of the following
FSMA requirements:
Prepare your FOOD SAFETY PLAN
- Create HACCP/HARPC Plan
- Conduct HACCP/HARPC training on site for your Food Safety Team
- Develop CGMP Programs
- Conduct CGMP training to include preparation of a CGMP internal audit
- Checklist
- Perform internal audits, HACCP/GMP pre-assessments, and supply chain audits
